The services of returns and replacements with no reasons: on the shipping fees produced by the returns and replacements, if it is caused by the quality problems, ShoesBing.com will pay for the shipping fee to send it back; if it is due to the problems of style, size, color, or personnal preference, the customers should take responsibility for the shipping fee to send it back and ShoesBing.com will pay to deliver it again if that is a replacement. All services are provided for free.

Notice: we make it our policy that if it needs ShoesBing.com to pay for the shipping fee, please send the products back by EMS. If you choose express companies like UPS, DLL, ShoesBing.com will only pay the part requested by the standard of ordinary EMS fee and the customers should pay for the extra money. We will not offer the services of returns and replacements in the following conditions:

 

  1. the products which is not sold by ShoesBing.com 
  2. the products that has been used unless it is the fault of quality 
  3. the quality problems caused by wrong use or keeping.
  4. the out packing is damaged (including the package filling, the outside packing box or bag). Or any of the commodity accessories, introductions, warranty cards or tags is lost.
